What is the Order Placement service?
The order placement service allows you to shop at discounted prices at the most popular stores such as Walmart, LOWE'S, IKEA and more with our coupons. You submit your shopping list and we do the whole process for you, from placing your order to arranging a collection date - all you have to do is sit back and relax while you enjoy the savings!
How do I place an order using your service?
Simply browse the designated stores you want to shop at (i.e. Walmart, LOWE'S, IKEA), provide us with links to the products or list the items you want in your order, and we'll take care of the rest. We will give you a discounted cost and once you approve, we will fulfill the order for you.
Do I have to pay to use the order placement service?
We do charge a small service fee, but this is already included in the discounted order amount we give you.
For example, if our staff tells you that the original price of this order is $100 and you can complete the purchase at a 60% discount, you will only need to pay $60, NO EXTRA PAYMENT IS REQUIRED.
Can I buy products from more than one store at a time?
Yes, you can! You can provide us with a list of purchases from several supermarkets for different types of purchases, but as each supermarket's system is independent, we will place separate orders for you.
How do I know what products are available for purchase?
Generally, items in stock are supported for purchase (except for some larger sizes which are not eligible for discounts), if a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you immediately and offer alternatives or help you find a similar product.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept credit cards, PayPal or other secure payment methods. Once you have approved the final cost of your order, we will send you a payment link to complete the transaction.
If you are a repeat customer in good standing, we will support a deposit up front and final payment upon receipt of goods.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery time depends on the store's turnaround time and the delivery method you choose.
Collection orders are prepared within 1 day and can be collected from the store at any time, depending on when you would like to make your appointment.
Mail orders are prepared within 1~2 days and your order should arrive within 5 days, we will provide you with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Your order cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been confirmed and processed.
However, if there is a problem with a product or an error in your order, please contact us immediately and we will contact the store and do our best to help you.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! Once your order has been shipped or is ready for collection, we will provide you with tracking information and you will receive real-time updates until your order reaches you.
