What exactly is your service?
We provide a personal shopping & order placement service.
You send us your shopping list from Lowe’s or Walmart, and we help place the order on your behalf using available discounts. You then pick up the items directly in store.
Which stores do you support?
Currently, we support Lowe’s and Walmart locations in the United States.
More stores may be added in the future.
How do I place an order? Do I need to fill out a form?
No forms required.
Simply message us on WhatsApp with your store location, item links or screenshots, quantities, and preferred pickup time. We’ll guide you from there.
How much does your service cost?
We charge a flat $4.99 service fee per order.
This covers order review, discount application, order placement, and full order confirmation.
There are no hidden fees.
How much can I save using your service?
Savings vary by item, store location, and availability.
Many customers save around 20–30% using available discounts, but savings are not guaranteed and are confirmed on a per-order basis.
When do I make the payment?
You only pay after receiving and approving the final quote.
Payment confirms your authorization for us to place the order on your behalf.
Will I receive proof after the order is placed?
Yes. After placing the order, we send you the official order confirmation, including the order number and pickup details. Everything is fully transparent.
Do I need my own Lowe’s or Walmart account?
No. You don’t need an account with Lowe’s or Walmart.
We handle the order placement for you once payment is approved.
How do I know what products are available for purchase?
Generally, items in stock are supported for purchase (except for some larger sizes which are not eligible for discounts), if a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you immediately and offer alternatives or help you find a similar product.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
Once you approve the final quote for your order, we’ll send you a secure payment link to complete the payment. After payment is received, we place the order on your behalf.
For returning customers, payment arrangements may be discussed individually via WhatsApp.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order has been approved, paid for, and placed, it cannot be changed or canceled, as it is processed directly with the store.
If there is an issue with an item or a mistake in the order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll reach out to the store and do our best to assist, based on the store’s policies.
Who can join the referral program and how does it work?
Experienced customers who have already placed orders with us may apply to join the referral program.
Approved members may receive enhanced discount rates, which give them the flexibility to decide how savings are shared with people they know.
